In short
A personal money tracker. Plus is optional.
GoodMoney is a personal finance app. You log income and spending yourself. It is not a bank, not a payment service, and not financial advice.
The app is free to start. Data stays on your iPhone or iPad unless you sign in and subscribe to GoodMoney+. Plus is an auto-renewable App Store subscription: monthly or yearly. You can cancel in iOS Settings.

The parties
Who these terms are with
These Terms of Use (the End User License Agreement) are a contract between you and BRAVESET LTD (“we”, “us”), the publisher of GoodMoney. Our address is Casablanca, Morocco. Contact: contact@braveset.com.
They apply to the GoodMoney app (bundle identifier com.money.goodmoney), the App Clip, this website, and the services the app talks to when you sign in.
By downloading, installing, or using GoodMoney, creating an account, or buying GoodMoney+, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What you get
The GoodMoney app
GoodMoney lets you track leftover this month, wallets, transactions, categories, goals, and insights. You can type amounts yourself or scan a receipt. Recurring items stay in the month for you.
Without Plus, that data stays on the device you use. A limited number of receipt scans is included so you can try the feature. The current free allowance is three scans.
GoodMoney+ adds cloud backup and sync across your devices, photos on those devices, shared wallet links, CSV or Excel export, and unlimited receipt scans.
The license
What we grant you
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GoodMoney on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Use.
The app, name, logo, and related materials stay ours (or our licensors’). These terms do not sell you the software.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, resell, or redistribute the app, except where the law says you must be allowed to. You may not use GoodMoney to build a competing service, scrape it, or wrap it in another product.
Optional
Sign-in
You can use GoodMoney without an account. Sign-in is Apple or Google. We do not create a GoodMoney password.
You are responsible for the Apple or Google account you use, and for activity on a signed-in device. Keep that account secure.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is abusive or unlawful, or that we have to close to run the service. You can delete your GoodMoney account from Profile → Delete All My Data. That does not cancel a Plus subscription on its own.
Subscriptions
GoodMoney+ Monthly and Yearly
GoodMoney+ is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is processed by Apple, not by us. The current plans are:
- GoodMoney+ Monthly: one month, then renews monthly until you cancel.
- GoodMoney+ Yearly: one year, then renews yearly until you cancel.
The price is the amount shown in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase, in your local currency. Taxes may apply as Apple displays them.
By confirming purchase:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the then-current price.
- You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in the App Store account settings. Turning off auto-renew stops the next charge; you keep Plus until the period you already paid for ends.
- Deleting the app, signing out, or using Delete All My Data does not cancel Plus. Cancel in Apple ID subscriptions.
Any free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund rules. Ask Apple for a refund through Report a Problem or your Apple ID purchase history. We cannot refund an App Store charge ourselves.
Plus status is checked with RevenueCat using your App Store purchase. If Apple’s records and ours disagree, Apple’s record of the subscription is the one that counts.
Plus
Backup, sharing, export, and scans
Cloud backup. If you sign in with Plus, a copy of your ledger can sync to our servers so it is there on another iPhone or iPad: transactions, goals, wallets, categories, preferences, and photos you attach.
Shared wallets. A share link lets someone log into that wallet after they enter a name. Anyone with the link can add a transaction until the link expires or you revoke it. Share only with people you trust. You are responsible for what is logged through your links.
Export. CSV or Excel downloads are available with Plus. Export links expire. Anyone with a live link can download that file.
Receipt scans. Scanning sends the image to our servers so it can be read (Google Gemini), then the image is discarded after the read. We count free scans. Plus removes the cap. Results can be wrong; check the amount and merchant before you save.
We may change, limit, or discontinue a Plus feature with reasonable notice, except where the law says otherwise. If we stop offering Plus entirely, existing paid time still runs to the end of the period Apple already charged.
Your data
What you put in GoodMoney
You keep ownership of the transactions, photos, names, and other content you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, sync, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the app, including receipt reading, photo storage, shared-wallet logging, and export links you create.
You represent that you have the right to enter that content, and that it does not infringe someone else’s rights or break the law.
How we store and delete data is in the Privacy Policy. That policy is part of how we handle your information; these terms cover the license and the subscription.
Rules
Acceptable use
Use GoodMoney only for lawful personal or household money tracking. You agree not to:
- Probe, overload, or disrupt the app, website, or APIs.
- Try to access another person’s account, vault, or share link without permission.
- Upload malware, or content that is illegal, exploitative, or that you do not have the right to use.
- Misrepresent amounts, identity, or a shared-wallet log in a way intended to defraud someone.
- Resell Plus, share an Apple ID to circumvent the subscription, or automate purchases.
We may rate-limit features such as scans, shares, and exports to keep the service usable.
Important
Not a bank, not advice
GoodMoney is a tracker. It does not hold money, move money, issue cards, connect to your bank, or file taxes. Numbers in the app are whatever you (or a receipt scan) entered. Insights, leftover, goals, and categories are tools, not advice.
Nothing in GoodMoney is investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. If you need that, talk to a professional. We are not responsible for decisions you make from figures in the app.
Providers
Apple, Google, and the rest
The App Store, Sign in with Apple, and Plus billing are Apple’s, under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Sign in with Google is Google’s.
Receipt reading uses Google Gemini. Plus purchases are checked with RevenueCat. Transaction photos are stored with Bunny.net. Notifications and some analytics use Google Firebase. Each of those companies processes only what they need to provide that piece.
If a third-party service is slow or unavailable, the matching GoodMoney feature may be too. That is not a failure of the license itself.
As is
No warranty
GoodMoney is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that leftover, insights, or a scanned receipt will be complete or correct. Keep your own records if you need them.
Some places do not allow certain disclaimers. In those places, the disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted.
Limits
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BRAVESET LTD and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the app or these terms, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for any claim relating to GoodMoney or these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for GoodMoney+ in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) twenty US dollars. App Store payments are paid to Apple; that amount is still the measure we use for this cap.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that cannot be excluded.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your shared-wallet links, or your use of the app in a way that breaks these terms or the law, except to the extent we caused the harm.
Stopping
How this ends
You can stop using GoodMoney at any time: delete the app, sign out, and, if you are signed in, use Delete All My Data. Cancel Plus separately in Apple ID subscriptions.
We may stop providing all or part of the service, or end your license, if you materially break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we shut the product down. If we discontinue the paid service, we will do so with reasonable notice where we can.
Sections that should survive still do: the license restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, Apple’s third-party rights, and the law section.
Children
Not directed at children
GoodMoney is not directed at children under 13, or under the equivalent age of digital consent in your country. Do not use the app if you are under that age. If we learn that we have an account for a child, we will delete it.
App Store
Apple is not a party to this license
These terms are between you and BRAVESET LTD, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for GoodMoney or for these terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
If GoodMoney fails to meet an applicable warranty that the law does not allow us to disclaim, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for GoodMoney. In-app subscriptions are also billed by Apple under Apple’s terms.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to GoodMoney or your possession and use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that GoodMoney fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation.
If a third party claims that GoodMoney, or your possession and use of it, infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, BRAVESET LTD, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim, to the extent required by these terms.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo, or that has been designated by the US government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
You must also comply with any applicable third-party terms when using GoodMoney (for example, your wireless-data agreement).
Law
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply if they cannot be waived.
If a court finds a part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part, that is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us for GoodMoney. They replace any prior terms for the app.
Updates
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will move when we do. For a material change, we will give reasonable notice in the app or on this page where we can.
If you keep using GoodMoney after the new terms take effect, you agree to them. If you do not agree, stop using the app and cancel Plus in Apple ID subscriptions.
